By signing below, I hereby grant The Santa Show and Kris Kringle Enterprises, its representatives, agents, affiliates, and assigns the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, and distribute photographs, video recordings, or other images or likenesses of me (or my child, if under 18) taken during filming by The Real Santa Show and Kris Kringle Enterprises for any lawful purpose including, but not limited to: promotional materials, social media, publications, websites, and news releases.

I acknowledge and understand that:

No compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.
The images may be used with or without my (or my child’s) name.
This release is binding and does not have an expiration date.
